HEAL has access to field sites and projects in several low an middle income countries, including Rwanda, Mozambique, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Malawi. Conduct world class research into appropriate health informatics enterprise class architectures and their applications in low-resource settings, and to develop, implement and evaluate prototypes of these systems.

Belief Change and NMR in Ontologies and Databases. Managing change in ontologies is an important emerging area. It is clear also that there are problems of common interest to the ontology, belief change, and database communities. Submission deadline extended to 10 May, 2015.

The workshop will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. NMR 2016 is co-located with DL 2016. In particular, NMR 2016 will share a joint session with DL 2016. NMR has a long history it started in 1984, and is held every two years. Recent previous NMR workshops were held in Vienna.
